Distance education in Jordan is considered a unique experience, in which the educational system was able to achieve remarkable progress, it developed day after day, but the experience was marred by many problems, especially technology, the weakness of the internet and the lack of computers or smart phones with some students, which deprived them of this experience as a result of the conditions of poverty that they are going through, in addition to the fact that distance education does not suit all students. About twenty percent of students are able to adapt with it, at a time when the abilities of the rest vary. This experience is considered a challenge for students and professors, who are now forced to deal with the emotional, physicalandeconomicdifficultiesimposedbythepandemic, while adhering to their role to limit the spread of the virus. F inally, we hope that this pandemic will soon disappear, because there is no substitute for face education. On a cold December night After midnight Concept : The day that will never comeAbout fifteen years ago, when I was a young kid in school, I remember one of my teachers telling us about a student who memorized five words daily from a new language, that was fifteen years ago, just imagine how fluent he became now. I always felt sad that I was not that student who started learning early, but guess what, even if you start late, the opportunity is still available; begin now and do not squander any time, so you do not feel remorseful. Think of something that you had not started earlier and see for yourself just how much you regret it. What is the meaning of "the day that will never come"? What is the secret behind it that encouraged me to select it from all other concepts to be a book title? Let me give a quick definition for these words; it is a sentence that means the day we are all waiting for to start doing anything, it is the day that we are waiting for to change ourselves, to establish our own business, to begin dieting,to search for a job,to start achieving goals or even to start studying. The harsh reality is that the day we spent years waiting for will never come. That is why I did not start learning the new language early when I was a kid, I was just waiting for that day to come. Let us be honest with ourselves, what are we waiting for? How could today differ from tomorrow if we do not take any actions to change? You are required to On the oc- casion of the sixtieth birthday of His Majesty King Abdul- lah II and the amount of giving he gave to the J o r dan i an people and citizens, and his focus on an important group, which is considered half the pillar of the state, namely the youth, His Majesty King Abdullah II, may God protect him, focused on developing the talents of young people and their many other skills. Young people are a permanent priority in his list and his keenness to renew and protect their ideas, values, faith in them and their ambitions that raise the val- ue of the country and its pride in them. Directing successive governments to enhance their skills, focus on them, support and ambush them, and we men- tion an example of his interest in the nation’s youth. His meeting with His Highness the Crown Prince, a group of distinguished youth with pioneering ideas, listening to them and discussing with them about the obstacles that might be in their way and other young people This indicates the interest of the King, may God preserve him, and evidence of the importance of young people, as they are the nucleus of society and its advancement. Among his famous sayings and messages he addressed to young people is that Jordan's youth are the nation's future and its broad horizons, in which he renewed certainty and hope in them as the knights carrying the message of Jordan, and bearers of drawing the bright image of Jordan to the Arab world and the world as a whole. May God keep Jordan safe and secure, an Arab Hashemite, and protect the leader of the home- land and the march. Happy New Year, sir. Aoun Raafat Al-Hathmala / College of Arts/English major On the occasion of the sixtieth birthday of His Majesty King Abdullah II forget about this day and realize it will never come without taking actions, think about the past few years, how many times you intended to do a new thing that you believe would change your life, things like studying, dieting, exercising, searching for a job, learning a new language, gaining a soft skill, stopping a bad habit, getting rid of depression, accomplishing a task, changing a routine, achieving a goal, when you delay any of them to the day that you think things will become better, be aware that this day will never come. Things will not get better until you start taking actions to make things better, do not wait forthings to change by themselves; try to change them by yourself. However, read all these examples and remember how many times this happened to you, how many times you delayed something because you believe that the suitable did not come yet, excuses like I will do it after I finishexams, or after my financial situation becomes betterthan before, or after moving to a new city, or after anything else, observe the past few years. You will discover that these excuses will never end; whenever an excuse disappears, another one will emerge, and your life is being asted; each day that passes will not come back; you have to know that days cannot be neutral. The day you do not approach your target is a wasted day. Now you realize that there is no such thing as an appropriate date to start doing your goals; all you have to do is prepare an excellent environment to start doing it, even by the lowest possibilities that are available, do not deal with your problems as something temporary that will go by itself but deal with it as something that will not be changed without taking actions, all that you have to do is just starting.Let me remind you about the sentence that I wrote at the beginning of the chapter. "Maybe some people will share the same vision of the book and agree that these concepts should be refuted, but their behaviors do not match their words."The explanation for it is many people believe that this day will never come and when someone tells them those exact words, they will agree with them, they know they have to do something to change themselves. However, their behavior is showing different things; their behavior indicates that they are not doing anything to make a change; they are also waiting for that day even if they believe it will never come without taking actions, make sure to be from those whose behaviors align with what they believe.
